Shipping + Returns
Shipping Update (05/23/2025): The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has launched a nationwide overtime ban for employees in both the Urban and RSMC (Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers) bargaining units. This is a legal strike action and means that CUPW-represented employees will refuse to work overtime across the company.
As a result, Canada Post will continue operating but customers may experience delays.

Shipping Update (05/21/2025): Canada Post is set to strike again on Friday, May 23, 2025 which will cause shipping delays, especially with untracked lettermail. It is important to us to continue offering affordable shipping options, so lettermail will remain an option on our shop. We will continue to ship your orders as usual, but it may take a little longer to arrive.
If you'd prefer faster or tracked shipping, we will continue to offer free shipping on all order over $75 CAD - those will be shipped with other couriers (not Canada Post).

Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping in Canada + USA on orders over $75 CAD (before taxes + fees). Orders under $75 CAD are subject to shipping fees which are calculated at check out.
If you would like tracking or priority shipping, it can be selected during check out for an additional fee. For U.S. orders, please note that the Small Packet USA Air shipping does not include tracking.
International Shipping
We are also happy to offer international shipping. Rates are automatically calculated at check out. Please note that International Parcel + Small Packet shipping options do not include tracking.
Order Processing
We do our very best to ship orders within 1-3 business days of purchasing your products. During peak order times like holidays and new product launches, please allow for a little extra processing time. An email will be sent to you once your order has been processed. The estimated shipping times will begin once your order has been processed and is released from our facility.
Delivery Times
Delivery times provided are estimations only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (which does not include weekends/holidays). Once your package is in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control.
We do everything we can to process and release orders in a timely manner but cannot be held responsible for circumstances that are out of our control.
Flirty Pineapple is not responsible for mistakes or delays made by the shipping service/provider, damaged packages by the shipping service/provider, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, PO box issues, border delays, customs, stolen packages after delivery, and Acts of God.
Shipping in Canada
Orders shipped to Canadian addresses will be sent via Canada Post. Standard letter mail shipping does not include tracking. Tracking or express shipping can be selected during check out for an additional fee. These orders are shipped via ChitChats, ICS, GLS, Purolator, FedEx, UPS or Canada Post.
Once orders are processed, we find that most people receive their order within 5-10 business days via Standard Shipping and within 1-4 business days via Express Shipping. However, as mentioned above, sometimes this time frame can vary because of circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping to the USA
Orders shipped to U.S. addresses will be sent via Canada Post/USPS, ChitChats, UPS or FedEx. Please note that the Small Packet USA Air shipping does not include tracking. Once orders are processed, we find that most people receive their order within 5-10 business days. However, as mentioned above, sometimes this time frame can vary because of circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, Tariffs + Taxes
International packages shipping to locations outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties, tariffs, and taxes, which are determined by the destination country, the shipment value, and the contents of the package. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that you may be required to pay applicable customs, duties, and taxes before or upon delivery of your package. If a package is refused or not accepted due to these fees, it does not qualify for a refund. Any return shipping charges or fees incurred as a result will be deducted from your original payment.
Shipping Protection
We are pleased to offer optional Shipping Protection to provide added peace of mind for your orders. To be covered, you must select and turn on Shipping Protection in your cart during checkout. This service ensures that if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, we’ll replace the affected items.
For lettermail or untracked orders, claims for missing packages can only be submitted after 30 days from the shipping date. This timeframe may be extended in the event of postal service disruptions, such as strikes or widespread delays.
To submit a claim for a missing order, please email hello@flirtypineapple.com with the name on the order and the order number. Once your claim is processed, we will resend your order. If any items are sold out or unavailable, a refund will be provided for those items.
Please note that claims must be submitted within 60 days of the original shipping date. Orders without Shipping Protection selected at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refunds due to shipping issues.
Order Cancellation or Changes
We start processing your order as quickly as possible to ensure it arrives to you in a timely manner. Because of this, we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is placed. In the event a cancellation or change request is necessary, please contact us by email immediately at hello@flirtypineapple.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Taxes
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and shipping charges (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
Returns / Exchange
We are sure you'll love your Flirty Pineapple products; however, we know that life isn't always perfect! We have a 14-day return policy on non-sale items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange for an in-store credit.
To be eligible for the in-store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your order #, item(s) you're requesting to return and the reason(s) for requesting a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages + Issues
While our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping, we understand that things happen. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, please note that we are not responsible for damages resulting from shipping, washing, wearing or misuse.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale or discounted items at this time.
