How It Works
Select Your Box
Select between five unique boxes (see below). Each season we'll curate an exclusive box of hair accessories that will ship directly to you! The only way to get some of the accessories is by purchasing this box!
Subscribe + Save
When you subscribe, you'll be saving on these exclusive hair accessories. Annual plans are available at a further discounted price. All annual plans will also receive priority shipping.
Receive Your Box
Our boxes ship every season - February (Spring), May (Summer), August (Fall), November (Winter). Shipping is included in the price of all boxes. Bonus points if you share your box on social media tagging @flirtypineapple!

When will I get my subscription box?
Our subscription boxes are sent seasonally! The next box will be shipped in mid-November, and subsequent boxes will be shipped every three months following (Spring - February 2026, Summer - May 2026, Fall - August 2026...)!
Can I subscribe at any time?
There are specific subscription windows when you can purchase a subscription. These windows are typically 8-12 weeks prior to the box shipping!
What is the difference between an annual and a seasonal subscription?
Annual subscriptions receive an additional discount and priority shipping. The price of the annual subscription includes four seasonal boxes and will be charged at one time each year. The seasonal subscription box will also automatically renew; however, you will be charged every three months for your box at the full price.
What type of hair accessories are included?
All subscriptions will include three exclusive scrunchies. Our Subscription Boxes (Basic, Next Level and Extra XL) also include one hair clip. The Extra XL box will include an additional seasonal gift! Examples of the gift include but are not limited to: unreleased hair accessories, gifts from other small businesses or FP merch!
Will the products be available for sale?
All scrunchies will only be available in the subscription box. Hair clips featured in the box may eventually go on sale, but the subscription box will ensure early access.
Do we get to pick the hair accessories in our box?
All items are carefully curated based on the season (colours + textures). While these boxes are curated based on the season, they won't be specific to any holidays or events (ie. the winter box won't have Santa scrunchies, the fall box won't have pumpkin scrunchies, etc.)
How does shipping work?
All of our subscriptions include shipping in the price. Scrunchie-only subscriptions are sent by untracked lettermail. If you'd prefer tracked shipping, just reach out to us and we'll be happy to arrange it!
Where are subscriptions available
Our FP Boxes ship across Canada and the United States. Scrunchie-only subscriptions are currently available in Canada only.
Can I switch my subscription?
Yes! If you have an active subscription (as of September 2025) and would like to switch to a Scrunchie-only subscription right now, please reach out to us and we'll make the adjustment for you. In the future, you'll be able to update or change your subscription yourself directly through your account.
